Hi guys... i will be leaving singapore for thailand soon. Any suggestions of what i should bring, what to expect or anything related. Any tips are most welcomed.

Camou scarf to cover your face when you ride in vehicles. because the dust in the air is so thick you can barely breathe if it's really bad.
if it rains at night, it'll be damn cold, at least that what i experienced when i'm there.
for me, i bring about SGD$250 there only. should be enough lah. unless you want to buy alot of pirated branded in camp. hahahaha -
Drink a lot of water...when u reach there! it is a MUST! & if u can afford buy a water bag or what u all call camel bag March to April period is the hottest season! Imagine eating ice-cream not only your ice-cream melt but u also will sweat like fish....

Bring some money while on mission... if you are allowed to. You will be surprise to see little shops selling refrigerated soft drinks or makan in those ULu places.
At least for us at our ATTEC there, we did not miss Coke a single bit. There's even a moving canteen trailing us when our Battalion moves out for ATTEC.
The dust there is not as bad as Down Under but the Camo scarf is a good bet. -
Ah, dun forget to bring Lip Balm.

Ya.... is it that the weather is dry but damn hot that you sweat like a sponge being squeezed? Bring SGD$250 arh.... I will be going to sai yok camp, which my friend said is a new camp. Can i use sandfly net instead of camou scarf? i think i use both. I bought mosquitoe coil, needed? it will be hot in the day loh, but maybe not that hot this time of year. don't have much mosquitoes lah, so don't need to bring coil... somemore you go ATEC leh, can use or got time to use coil meh? hehehe....
Sai Yok camp new meh? last time i'm there, they've renovated the toilets lah... that's about all. but the camp is quite nice lah...
