  CGO - chief guards officer.
  
  so got CIO, CAO, CEO (realli...) etc.
  
  COS - chief of staff
  CGS - chief of general staff

  CSO (Chief Signal) not BG neither, he's a COL...
  
  Normally I tink only formation commanders (SSSO) with secondaary appointment as Div commander then got star...
  
  e.g. CGO(Chief Guards/Cmdr 21 Div??), COA(Chief Armour/ Cmdr 25 Div??)..

  That was an Army Site...OCS/SAFTI is considered as "Joint" as same Sch Military Med and such..those who had OA before would know..
