You dun have to worry much about sweaty palm problem unless its so bad like ur hands drip sweat for no reason.
When you go enlist at CMPB, if doctor ask you for any problems you can tell him you got sweaty palms but its not really so bad can still put you in PES A or B. Wun be below that one. If can, everyone chao keng loh. -

the consideration here is tt a person wif sweaty palms may not be suitable to handle explosives and firearms, e.g. grenades. -

my one just a bit wet when i get nervous lor. sometimes no reason also got. like NOW. bleh. but can do 5 chin ups (i know it sucks but hey i'm 14!) with sweaty palms lar. but monkey bar cannot..only can do when palms dry

hmm, my doc ask me go to the pharmacy to buy something to apply. liquid form one, used it at nite b4 going to bed, he say try it see if it will reduce the sweating..
