My section is left with four men after 2nd yr. So, as a section 2ic, sometimes i carry M203 which is my organic weapon. Sometimes i carry SAR21 during live firing up the knoll, acting as the LAW gunner. And in route marches, i would help my section mates with their LAW or SAW.
About signal sets, i carried the 840 for the entire 3 days 2 nights of navex in brunei to train myself up for the next few exercises. Then in Thailand recently, in the 2 days 1 night navex. To train myself up again, I carried the 840 for roughly 40km. The other 10km is the few times i have to change with my buddy for walking so fast and smiling too much at me. -

Deputy Cmdr, BRC. Organic firearm would be the Colt CAR-15 (w/local mods). Would normally be packing NVG & 10x50 bino along. If needed, NVB &/or scoping scope as well. I'm not sure if its still the PRC732 in use, heard news of a lighter replacement?
'Promoted' while as a reservist. Had the chance to handle R1 & R2 trooper roles while being as a NSF as part of rotational training. -
my organic weapon is my pen.
my sencondary weapons are my 11B, OA terminal, my stapler, hole puncher, laminating machine, shredder, binding machine, photocopier & printer. -

1) AP / AT / AD / claymore mines
2) Projected Line Charge (PLC aka Cobra)
3) All kinds of explosives
4) Booby traps
5) LOTS of white tape. hahaha...
Actually there are lots more lah, so our loadout depends alot on the required job loh. And yes, all of the mines and stuffs mentioned are organic to us during ops. -

heng not all the time lah. like i say, depends on mission type. if required for us to do force breaching thru' mine cluster, then we'll use that.
we don't get assigned that PLC, we arrow ppl in the platoon to take loh. hehehe.. but must take turns to help lah.
i dunno milan how heavy, but PLC comes in a set of 2. total weight of those 2 are about minimum 40kgs.
in my opinion, block mission are the worst lah, if carry standard loadout, 6 ppl will have to carry a 20kg side charge, a 20kg+ ADM, 1 x landflame mine, maybe claymores or other AP / AT mines on top of our standard SBO loadout. So it's really the worst of it all.
