hard to downgrade pes after enlisting?

  i wan 2 know whether it is very difficuit to downgrade pes after enlisting as i had some backpain problems n it had been worsened recently

  no diff. u can always go and see MO, ask to be referred to specialist, or see a specialist yourself. if you get a letter from the specialist, you may get to downgrade.
