help kenna armskote IC!

  hey guys, i juz kenna armskote IC in OCS
  nvr done armkote b4, so quite blur about things la
  
  so far, the armskote very messy la,
  ppl send arms nvr check clear, squeeze trigger ah
  the books all quite messy and a lot of admin mistakes la
  
  got any experienced guys can advice on
  how to efficiently draw and send arms?
  esp wif the limited space outside the ocs wing armskote

  Good luck dude! U'll need lots of luck for this job. Your platoon mates will hate u cos u always kao peh them to clean their rifles before returning. SGTs will arrow u to do clean rifles for them.

  hahaha welcome to the worst ic of the army. last time i kanna armskote ic everyday wake up earlier to open armskote go home later den other bcos u gonna close armskote. den mus beware of the MSD. cos they if they come n check armskote n ur doc isnot updated, prepare to sign xtra or charged. Aso theres alot of responsibilities like t/loan vouchers, signature of draw arms bk mus b the same , arms not rusty, everything in armskote mus b tidy, den if got LRI u mus prepare to make everyting in ur armskote neat n docu mus b 100% correct, if not charge sol!!!!( maybe if ur oc nice den xtras) den of cos the most impt point is make sure u noe where ur armskote items r for eg bayonet scabbard, n o cos rifle. if anything missing, u dai chi thua tiao liao. N hope for the best tat nothing cock upin ur armskote. well good luck on being armskote ic.

  hm.. last time during my daes we rotate the armskote IC role amongst the whole plt - each person will do it for one wk save the apptment holders. u mean tt isnt in practice now? so u wil be the IC for the whole term or whole OCC?
