hes saying tt there seems to be more problems with the mono-intake recruits than the BMTC ones. so im hypothesising tt one of the reasons could be due to the fact tt mono-intake recruits noe tt they will be staying at the unit for their entire ns, while BMTC ones at least have a shot at sispec or ocs, and haf more choices in the sense tt they could state their preference for posting after bmt.Originally posted by BMEngineer:I don quite understand wat you mean....Can further elaborate? Well being mono-intake in NDU or commandos is not bad too.
