I think only Exercise-Induced Asthmatic personnel will be downgraded to PES C (L2)... The medics will most probably tell you to run on a threadmill for 10mins afterwhich they will do a breathe analysing test on you to ascertain the status. Inhaler will be provided in case the personnel really needs it.
But all these are in the past and i am not too sure if they are still valid.
