uhm hi i do have a specialist letter from SGH regarding my hearing problem and he ask MO to give me a appriopate PES and the result, he claims that he doesn't know whether i can downgrade or not ;-; i feel he bluff me though.. Should i go back to my unit MO and show the memo? or it's a waste of time @@

You should give the latest memo of all 3 conditions to the camp MO for a reconsideration on whether to write your case statement for a KIV Medical Board review.
If you give the memo, at least there's a try.
If the camp MO give you some answers without even checking the PES Directive Guideline book, ask him politely to please refer to the book, just for a confirmation.

cos the excuse 1 month memo can be the supporting document for medical board to consider ur case is valid or not...
But the MO have already given by 3 months excuse from outfield. The referred doctor only gave 1 month.

downgrade no good goody boy.. u might regret downgrading in the future. Some jobs in the industrial requires u to have PES B and above. I list a few:
police
prison officer
If u can take it, dont down pes.

u hv asked the right person on this question. Someone in the forum is downgraded to E9L3 for this prob.I am also downgraded due to such prob. mine is spondylolisthesis.
U hv high chance. But u must ask the spec to write a memo for u. Specifically mentioned u have this prob. Very important.
One more thing, DON go for MRI. Just use your X-ray for downgrade..else u may regret...only when u need surgery, then go for MRI
