It's still a PES B.
If you want to appeal for another medical review, please get another specialist memo to justify your case to be relooked into.
but why some flat foot ppl get C2L2? strange... and mine was with pain...

It's because they backed up their claims with more specialist memos... e.g 2nd opinion from another specialist, specialist report, specialist memo with stronger words and specific medical terms.
is it possible to endorse 2 letter? the mo saw the first letter liao, i still have 2nd memo... the 2nd letter saying i have plantar fascilitis and excuse me frm LL and duno what 6/12... wat are my chances of downgrading?

No harm trying with the 2nd specialist memo.
But as I said, most flat foot cases are all graded PES B, as 1) it's common nowadays, 2) there are those Brooks running shoes for flat footers, 3) and there are those shoes insoles padding for flat footers as well.
You can try to seek for another review with this 2nd memo 1st.
But you should at least get another 3rd specialist memo, but this time explain to the specialist your problem in NS duties and hence, request the specialist to write with stronger medical words.
I thought specialist shld know my condition and would auto write a strong medical words? Frm what i know they write my condition out and excuse me frm physical activities... this kind of memo not enuff?

Since you are not been scheduled for any Medical Board review by the camp MO at all, do you think it's sufficient...?
The next appointment you have with the specialist, you must request the specialist to write the memo more specifically towards a review of PES and Medical Board, in a direct yet humble and discreet tone of speech ...

not to forget... hospital specialists were camp doctors too when they were serving their NS... they can generally see thru...
and even if they r in fact real medical cases, they can also see thru who are just trying too hard just to get a downgrade... e.g. over-exaggerating their claims or whatsoever reason it is...
Hi, I have a question.
I have a bad skin problem. Am currently PES C1L3 and have ICT coming up in a few weeks. My specialist has given me MC to excuse ICT and also a memo to downgrade further from IPPT/RT. I can't book medical review, what do I do now?

immediately call your unit clerk/ NSHRC/ whatever point of contact, to help u book an immediate urgent appt lor... or u can take half day off then chiong to ur unit medical centre and see MO on the spot... but remember... u still need to inform the unit clerk as ur hardcopy medical file is with them, they keep... cos medical centre only keep the NSF and regulars medical files in their document room... reservists ones is the unit clerk they keep...
recently, i had just fractured my toe due to some accident but NUH doctor like told me that my fracture cant be down pes. Is he just bluffing me or what? Because i though that hairline crack will down pes ? It will be helpful if you could give me some insights, thanks alot.

It's within PES C2 to C9 range.
Routine Medical Board usually take place once a month at Division level.

Hairline fracture at the toe usually only warrants a few days MC and excuse lower limbs.
Hairline fracture will heal within a few days, with medications and calcium supplements.

hi doc...
just got my status. C9L2 for slip disc.
judging from the pes they given, do u think its a serious case?
specialist told me its portrusion stage of slip disc. soft tissues pressing against nerves.
My specialist typed out a letter explaining my condition and requested me to be excused from ICT. Can reservist MO block this?

Suggest you do some back strengthening/body balancing exercises such as yoga, pilates...etc.
If you want, you may try alternatives treatment such as chiropractic.

It depends on the specialist memo and the type of ICT / ICT Activities schedule.
The medical centre MO has the rights to agree with fully / agree with partially with the specialist. e.g. Full endorsement of specialist memo/ shorten the MC/ grant you alternative excuses recommended by the specialist...etc.
If endorsed partially, you may still need to attend the ICT but doing light duties only (ATT B status).
