knowingly denying the MO knowledge of ur medical condition is irresponsible and not fair - for him, for people around u. i dont think its wise to do that.
as for the career, you can apply and see what they say. they are in the midst of making it easier for pes c personnel to be absorbed into service vocations, so perhaps that may be the break you need.
