Four Star General for SAF ?

  to qualify to be a 4 star general, he must have be involved in a war before...dun noe true or not..heard from my encik last time..

  It show a photo of him siiting in some conference with 5 stars on his shoulder, when the picture was taken , I believe it is already peace time then.
