  the doctor i saw was a orthopist at TTH(spelt wrong?) , to me it was a big disappointment cause i waited 3mths for him then i went inside for 10minutes , he say my bones nothing wrong , despite me asking him about muscle tear .
  
  one of my runner friends say my condition he suffer before , it`s called runner`s knee so x-ray can`t see ..
  
  so now worried , cause going in army soon and i know most MOs are GPs so they also won`t understand..
  
  i dun mind the training (haha , i LOVE running ) but with my leg like this , just worried about the training

  it was quite a sensible answer ... since bone nothing wrong ... it could be ligament problem or the muscle group around the knee is giving you problem ..
  
  i would suggest you go for physcotheray
