How hard is it to get disruption? Is there a minimal month I must serve before I allow to get disruption? How do I apply for disruption?

get a scholarship. u disrupt immediately and commence ur studies jus like the gals of ur age.
or
finish up about 2 yrs of ur ns, den apply for disruption wif ur manpower branch. -

I did 19 months before I disrupted.
If I am not wrong,for non scholars,its something like maximun 6 months left before you can disrupt? -

psc scholars can disrupt at the earliest possible time for them to further their studies. this usually means the same time as the rest of their cohort, as though they are not serving ns. there are variations - for different countries of study.Originally posted by Doenitz:PSC scholars must serve at least 15 months before getting out.

no, I enlisted on Oct 2003... supposed to ORD in Apr 2006 but now reduced to Feb 2006.. didn't want to disrupt at first but the coz given to me was in Aug 2005, which means I still got at least 7 mths... so how?

i would advise you to approach your manpower dept to enquire. i think it is possible. -

implications - u chop ur ns up, rather than finishing it in one go; but u get to study while ur brain is still working. -

anyway, you know when should I apply and only under what circumstances will my application be rejected.
Anyway, the reason why I want to disrupt is because I do not want to waste 6 mths but it does sucks to come back after I graduate to serve NS again.
