On the 1st day, your PS/SecCom will ask ur people for clothing/boots size misfits and there will be time for an inter-Section exchange (at least it was how it work @ my time)...

new boots supposed to be water proof, lighter. made by gortex

new boots - lighter, err.. tts it.
