I heard that there is a crossover interview from Sispec to Ocs...Can anyone tell me what the interview is about and what questions they usually ask?

normally usual questions like why do you want to go to OCS, what makes you think that you are able to go to OCS, what qualities do you possess... blah blah blah... u know, that kinda usual questions in an interview...

Just wayang a little more, and you can make it to OCS. The myth is that those who crossover to OCS from SISPEC are the best and bla bla bla... that's bullshit (maybe except for some minority cases). Most people got into OCS from SISPEC because they wayang more.. for example... pretend to take initiative.. call company to fall in etc etc and bootlick their commanders. Same goes to those recruits from BMTC who got into OCS. It's pure wayang.
