  yah.. soc intro lessons are quite impt, esp the techniques of clearing and of cos the trg itself. but there is no need to fear it lah.

  u haven kanna confine / late bkout (next day morning) / duty b4 (also nex day morning)
  
  my worse bk out / in:
  sat kanna stay till late cos of soc - bk out in the evening.
  
  den at 9 something pm on the same dae, kanna recall back - some silly unexpected incident. had to stay over nite, morning early early go out to do something en masse, and bk out sundae 11+ am.
  
  and no change in bk in timing for the same sundae evening...

  Comon, when my men 1st posted in to unit from 7BTS the 1st book out was at 1659hrs and book in 1900hrs.
  
  Best still is one of the men for 10 weeks ACT he oni get to book out together with the rest on the last week.

  yup... i oso din know till b4 they ROD and during chit chat he tell me.
  
  Ha, I myself can not understand where do i come with all the ideas to "train" them. Anyway it good for them for till now they are very closed to each other.

  Agreed this is the batch that still have contact with me, ha I think i still have 2 or more wedding to attend. the rest of the PL some are father oredi.

  PL 2IC is never official. Btw I never consider myself as PL SGT but PL 2IC. Sorry and sad to say, what do the Y.S.L. know. More sad so when the CPT know oni a bit more.
  
  We can not do it the US way as we are not a regular force, in US the LT will understudy the PS(in US PS were known as PL 2IC) for up to 6mth b4 they take over the PL. In SAF NCOs or what now known as SPECIALIST were never really taken care of till today it still the same.
  
  Btw I sign on when 16,1/2 for 6 years.
