Yes at least you needs to pass at least one of the following 3 items -- IPPT, SOC and IFC in order to avoid recourse. They should be let you have a conditional pass, i.e No recourse but block leave burned and not qualified to go commanding schools like SISPEC n OCS..... I passed swimming and ATP only, and I managed to "graduate" from BMT and go on to the trade school and unit. Of coz I always kena RT for failing IPPT lah (continues till today).
