are u the judge?
who are to judge them?
is the sentence pass..so if i were u i wont be that eager to claim that they are the culprits...
there are alot of facts that did not show up in papers..
no cover up? ask around..
the fault was simply push in the instructors..so simple n the organisation is free of any responsibility..
im surprise that u compare this incident to some accident..
driving accident?
this 4 men are bound to Military Law..they represent SAF..they represent their C.O..the C.O represent the COA..the COA represent CDF..CDF represent RADM Teo..Admiral Teo Represent the whole Mindef..
so whose responsibility is that?
if the organisation were to uphold its care for soldier core value..n check up on the training doctrine n the practical training itself..will Sgt Hu die?
there is a thread on this incident..read it yourself in that thread..better still argue your point there..
