State flag: the national flag.
In the SAF, there are two classes of Colours: the State Colours and the Regimental Colours. These Colours are awarded in recognition of outstanding achievements in the field of combat, training, administrative efficiency and service to the community. Regimental Colours are awarded to the Formations and Units while State Colours are awarded to the Service and SAFTI. Colours are always consecrated by religious leaders before they are presented by the President of Singapore. Every year, the SAF State Colours is presented to the Best Combat Unit. This is a much coveted prize which SAF units work hard to win.

coz on my wall poster..the state colors look like the RSN,SAF and RSAF colors except that the State colors r state flag with the service crest of the army,navy and airforce emblazoned at the lower right corner while the service colors, RSN and SAF colors resembled the state colors except that the crest is bigger and occupy more space on the flag and RSAF color dun look like the state flag at all.
