questions on medical appointments

hi i m now awaiting my technical course to start and r now doing temp clerk at hq mes..........
however i needs to continue my physiotherphy sessions and i might needs to go physio 2 to 3 times per week at mmi...........
i wan to know how my unit will arrange in order 4 me to go for my physio? will they give me half day off or a few hours off for going physio?
btw i usually spend 2 - 2.5 hours during my physio treatment in tekong....... -

No idea where the said units are respectively located, but I think the SAF standard is usually half-day offs for medical-appointment trips.

My unit is based on a flexible timing, if your MA venue is far from the workplace, and your timing is quite middle of the day, i.e btw 10am-3pm, they are quite likely to grant you a full day, unless your MA is at the extreme end of the day, then its half-day.

SOME ppl intentionally schedule their appointments between 10am - 3pm. Start time is late enuff that you don't have to report to camp and ending time late enough that it does not make sense to report back to camp. i.e. unoffical day off!!
Me? i didn't have any medicals to go to (i was a Pes B Clerk)... so i went for constant dental appointments. I told my boss that i was going to see the dentist, but what he didn't know was the dentist was a family friend!! and i SAW him alright, saw him for lunch in Orchard and then went home after that! WOOHOOO!
Don't say we teach you bad things ah....
