u will first have to go through BMT and BSLC. then u will go for the recce course, which is really a suite of courses, before you can graduate as a recce commander. the duration of the courses you will have to refer to the recce vocationalists here.
extra pay? dont think so. there is combat allowance for combat vocation.
the location of the camp is dependent on the unit you go to.
