last time my upperstudy is a soccer player.. for his 2 1/2 yrs, he play soccer for SAFSA.. tink he mention dat if only u r very good den u will get a chance to play for the RESERVE team for SAFFC.. i tink SAFFC is for those already s-league players... dat means players frm other s-league team, once they reach the age of serving NS, will usually be chosen to play for SAF cos they got the experience to play in a pro league... but once their NS ends, they can return to their old clubs..

Yes, I think NSF's can be attached out to SAFSA (whatever sport) after their BMT, though not on a permanent basis - i.e. they have an initial NS unit &, I believe, vocation as well.
Their football team plays in the National Football League, Division 2. Not sure about the formal arrangements with the SAFFC club.
Google for the SAFSA Secretariat address & contact them to see if they conduct trials, etc.

Sportsmen are posted officially to whichever units but are attached out to whichever organisation to train and play. bear in mind that this normally happens for downgraded personnel, very rarely do you have a PES A/B person in an Active unit being attached out for long periods (have heard of cases where some active personnel have been attached out for 1-2mths to play polo for their formation)
if your soccer skills are exceptionally good and don't get accepted in SAFFC, you can always play for your formation and all that kind of thing. not attached out full time, but still get to FO at 2pm to train etc. etc.

so the most NSF can go is play for SAFSA or for their formation right?
is it really that hard to get into SAF FC? won't they recruit u to sign on (to play soccer for them) if u are really good?
