There are a few camps in Brunei.One is in Temburong.Lakun Camp is in Temburong.The other ones are on the main district of Brunei Darussalam.Lancer is not a camp btw.

Aint got a name for it, it's just Jungle Survival Training instead of Jungle confidence course. Only 10 days in Brunei with 5 in the jungle. Razz

The WOs and senior specialists over there also a bit eccentric one. I think been away from S'pore too long.

I remember we stopped at a camp before cruising along the Temburong river. They had a few UHs parked there, not sure whether they're still there.

Kinda missed the UHs in Lancer. Their skills really very good. I remember the helipad just in front of the bunks.

I dunno it's tactful to ask this, but here goes anyway: has the SAF shipped the SAR-21's over to Brunei, if only to test their wear & tear? Does the optical scope & laser pointer, in particular, hold up against breakage?

Yah lor, but then JCC got to do 4 days of jungle navigation compared to my 1 day. That one day I nearly gonna concuss oredi.

don't worry, it has been to brunei before being deployed in the units now.

There are 2 camps in in Lancer.
