Question on Third Door (Incredible Tales)

To those males who is about 22-30 years old(already served NS), who watched Incredible Tales on Saturday night on Third Door, how far is the story true? Which year did it happened? Find it quite gruesome especially with regard to the unexplained death of the NS serviceman.

it's only a legend, a tall tale. i think it's just a story passed down by many people to many people, meant only to scare the recruits...
anyway, it happened in the 80s, charlie company if i'm not wrong. the only truth is that a recruit called Lin really did died in the jungle, cause of death unknown... -

But in the end another servicemen also hanged homself right? And there is only one dorm with an extra door right? So most likely some parts are true, maybe about some hauntings. By the way, kopiosatu, can you ask those friends as to what really happened? The area when Lin died, did MINDEF get any priests to exorcise the area, or offer any offerings? Is that area still used for night training? Seems that MINDEF should not let soldiers use the area anymore. And did the ghost of the second soldier who hanged himself manifested?
