Chevrons better or Temasek Club??
Temasek club for officers and mostly family based.
Chevrons is for "chevron" ranked people (LCP and up to Warrant officers).
Chevrons is more "welcoming" in the sense you get heavily subsidised membership ($1.5/month). But NSFs not welcome after ORD.
Tamesek club has $1500-3000 entrance fee followed by monthly dues. It's activities are catered more for older people who has family.

when you get captain temasek club will send invitation to ask you join.
the fees not too ex.
its most of the time underused so you have more exclusivity / privacy.
however its pretty out of place, but for me i work in science park so its very convenient for me to pop by after work.
the food (esp the western one) not very outstanding though, that was last time dunno abt now.
facilities wise it is very good, but dun have the golf range now.
the other club never been there so dunno much, anyone wanna fill us in?
