Just wonder if there is any PFC or ppl who once held the rank PFC before here?
I never see a PFC before leh.

What do you want to know? There is only a single strip in terms of rank, aka ikan bilis... 
Btw, when u do see a PFC...dun play play...he's 100% a rifleman!

the pfc that i knew are all the oc/pc runners in the company

I'm inclined to agree with Thoreldan; PFC was also less of a pure promotion & more of an "appointmental " rank in my time. In my case, it was the Arty detachment layers who were - rather quickly - advanced thus, to distinguish them from the rest of the mortarmen (who remained PTE's).
Ultimately, though, there's no permanent distinction since the bulk of the mono-intake conscripts would collectively make LCP before they ORD, & that's the highest rank they could climb to. -

saw before NSman with PFC rank. only 1 pointed strip.

my BSLC last year got one company mate PFC.
never got to know him well enough to find out how he got the rank.
question is... how did he BUY the rank. hahaah. -

1 set of CPL insignia = 2 x set of PFC insignia (but must be skillful enough to cut) -

SAF does take it volunteers. I've heard of one former signal NCO who went back to help his unit for a few months after his ORD date. For the super-lao chiao reservists, you can further volunteer after your ROVERS scheme is up, too (usually the RSMs).
