no. 3 is office wear - not confined to clerks or staff personnel.
working attire is very much dependent on the workplace and unit. -

emm i m not too sure but from what i have seen of it, the material seems to be like a rayon-cotton type.Sorta what those NPCC guys' uniform material. So maintanence as in daily ironing is required.

well cos i assume that the person will wash it everyday (so daily ironing)since they need to be pretty presentable.
