Finally i understand...i am also wondering if there are PS or sect coms in ocs...so they are all run by cadets rite?

ya..PCs and APC..Those wings that still dun have regular instructors are more slack..NSFs
hmm..usually the instructors do the teaching of the skills..not management..More like they just give instructions, and let the cadet appointment holders carry out the duties...
For teaching more in depth stuff, it usually goes to the WOs like the Weapons Team who conduct the lessons..For outfield, their will be an appointed instructor to be the exercise PC to teach the cadets the ropes..The Cadet Exercise PC will not do much, but shadow the instructor..
However, all the Ops orders and stuff is done by the cadets..
The WSM does little, just goes around screwing people, doing the background logistics..Depending on wing, the AWSM may do more stuff than the WSM actually..
The CQ is there to ensure that the stores are there, proper handing and taking over of stores, rations are indented for outfield, collect rations..Wing Comd seldom appears, but gives lessons occasionally..You dun really wan to see the Wing Comds a lot -

btw, when they get post to other schools like Combat Engineers, they won't be holding on to their appointments anymore right?
cos i seldom see cadets wearing those appointment ranks at nee soon. -
Not sure..I didn't get into Pro term
But since the intake for support arm vocations aren't that big..doubt there's a need for such appointments..
Oh yah..something to mention about the duration//
School Appoinment Holders hold their appointments (in OCS) for the whole period till they almost commission before handing over to the next most senior batch
Wing Appointment Holders, CWC, C2IC, CWSM do for about 1 month
The CSOs hold appointments for about 2 months (since their job scope isn't that stressful relatively)
Platoon Appointment Holders: About 1 week or 2 weeks..depending on instructors and Wing SOP -
