well just want to ask some things , i finished 2 interviews with the army already... now they ask me to take napfa test.. just want to ask , if fail the napfa test how ah ?

NAPFA is a requirement too and a silver award is needed. If the applicant
fails his NAPFA too many times, we will assess the applicant's failed
results and determine whether he is fit to be (what you apply for) then.
Not my answer but someone's else in response to my qns that I send over the net to air force.
As for my no.4, it got two holes liao. One is I accidentally burnt when I waxed it, the other is iron until it got one hole (I don't know how, but most probably got to do with the candle wax). Don't ask me why I wax it. My no.3 also got kenna iron until one hole come out before.

I was cleaning up my drawer and i found out that my bro was given the
Forms for the SISS and JPSDS Schemes.
Can i still use that forms after like 1 1/2 years?or must get new forms? -

interview for navy spec will b very easy as it will most likely b interview by Mr Siao... but for vocations like pilot or WSO, it will b by 2 or 3 MAJs...
tips for interview:
tok loudly n clearly
sit straight and no nonsenses like spinning of pen or shake leg
dun be yaya as if the SAF really need u to sign on like that
be humble...
if know say know, dunno then say dunno...
dun try to bluff ur way through interview as it will backfire..
u dun really need to show them what u know as what u know might not b the real thing.. dun act smart can liao, the real thing is for u to experience and tell them tat too
so the NCC experience dun really impress those interviewers
all of the above is what i feel after being interviewed by
1 COL
2 LTCs
6 MAJs
2 CPTs
4 WOs
2 MSGs and 3 SSGs
all at the same time in an interview panel -
