got a question to ask, will there be recruitment talks in sispec?? will rsaf be coming? interested to sign as a aircrew spec

i dont remember if there any recuitment talks frm RSAF or RSN. RSAF n RSN usually open their recuitment talks in BMT. Anyways, 33rd Batch BSLC in Golf, only 10 - 15% who went to ASLC were NSF. The vast majority were regulars. If you sign on infantry spec, you confirm will go to ASLC. -
NSF malay trainees from BSLC will most likely go over to ASLC.
infantry and guards regulars will also go ASLC. -

the pple from golf told me only 1/4 of them r regulars leh...
the rest r nsf.
then my pc, pwo n sgts all told me melayu confirm go aslc...
dunno how true leh...

i saw some 3sgts wif a small yellow badge on their rank. It shows a person running. What's that badge and how to get it? thanks. jus curious. I dun see it on all sgts thou.

Anecdotal evidence is quite strong.But one can never be absolute in anything these days yeah..
