Problem with ARMAS

  Was on recall manning over the weekend, tried calling ARMAS to check if I was activated. Was okay at 9am yesterday, then cannot get through since then.
  First was 'No Answer', then 'Network Busy'. Tried calling using fixed line, sama sama. Still cannot get through now. Anyone has the same problem?
