Can PES C1 go SISPEC?

Hi I have a friend who was classed PES C1L2 but he wanted to go SISPEC n he will be enlisting this December........
So my friend would like to know whether a PES C1 personnel can go to SISPEC even he pass IPPT? Thanks for clearing my friend's doubts....... -

Yes, he could provide he sign a agreement that he volunteer to undergo SISPEC trg and will not hold the organisation responsible if he get injury due to his medical status. Its written black and white somewhere (cant really remember liao). Of coz he meet other requirement such as education level etc...

unless he upgrade or least too bad, SISPEC only accepts PES A, B.

Its not encourage... before you sign the agreement, again you have to be certify by the Medical Officer that altho you are PES C but still fit to undergo the course but excuse in certain area like certain station in SOC or IPPT etc...Originally posted by kopiosatu:hmmm how come they don't make it known? -
Ponders is correct about distinguishing between the Enhanced BMT recruits from Standard/Modified BMT counterparts. Only the former group will be subjected to additional modules that trains for junior-commander skills.
Administratively, I don't think they assign these things strictly in terms of PES status, though. Instead, it has more to do with the slated FFI (Fit for Instruction) criteria for each posting. -
