Whats the MAPAS Test ?

  I received this letter in the afternoon asking me to go for this
  
  "Manpower Apitutde Assessment System" (MAPAS) Test tml morning
  
  anybody got any idea... ? any height/weight taking ?
  
  edit: forgot to mention its for RSAF Pilot selection..
