i dunno. must refer to the GOMs. but there certainly is no requirement to do so, even when one is in uniform outside. (unlike recruits who are supposed to have their jockey caps on outside if unsheltered). so there really is no reason for one to have his beret on. he could just put it on his shoulder if he wants to let the whole world see it, and THAT is already quite.. ermm.. weird.Originally posted by Kaczynski:Haha...Pride mah...

Head-dress policy differs even between the difference units in my former camp though...
Some units *cough*HQ*cough* dun need to wear...As for School and Battalion...No such thing..As long as no shelter have to... -

They used to say that have not heard anyone got caught for that offence yet.
