Hi everyone,
I am personally not involved in Enyouth and neither am I interested in this company. But I grew curious abt this company as my friends and I were being 'targeted' by one of the distributors there.
Honestly speaking, I have no comments about how the company distributed their products. It is true that network marketing is one of the 'growing' distribution channel in the new century besides franchising. And no doubt of that, many did lose their time and money by committing themselves in any network company. It really depends on how the company is going to ensure their distributors are all going to benefit from the marketing plan and where the company is going to bring them to in the near future.
So, The COMPANY and ITS LEADERS play a very important role in attributing to the success of their associates.
From what I know, ENYOUTH previously was once known as ASTRALMAG (Do correct me if I am wrong). Many may think that the change of branding is for the better and its rather unnecessary to have worries abt it but I myself do feel otherwise.
Take for instance, how abt if one day 7-11 decided to change its branding to '7-24' (since it is operating 24hrs daily) and Giordano to 'Go-Blue' ?
Or how abt Nuskin to 'New skin' and AMWAY to 'TOPWAY'? Will anyone be able to accept the change? The branding of a company is very important as it helps the consumers to recognise their products and services immediately. Needless to say, if the company does not want to, they will have to keep changing their branding. (get what I mean?)
Hmmm.. Agree partly. But sometimes, form a marketing point of view, rebranding is needed to launch new prods, new image, set new company directions..etc Or a change of brand name sometimes also refers to change of ownership, new directors..etc
And also, I was slightly turn off by the attitude of the distributors there. In fact, I was so surprised to see one of their distributors scolding vulgar language to show his disagreement against someone else's post. I thought its a cool idea to work together in such a vibrant environment but I guess its so so wrong.
Although this is not a school but I guess the environment does play a very important role for the people to grow and learn to be mature in terms of their thoughts and verbal language. If I am one of the prospect of this company and their distributors are behaving in this manner, I guess its going to be tough for me to accept that the company is going to be a highly potential established company. As I believe that in any network marketing comapny, you are not only selling the products or company alone, you are ALSO selling YOURSELF. Leaving a good impression on the prospects is very important for every successful networker. Leaders do play a very important role as this is essential to upkeep the reputation of their company. But through how the younger distributors have expressed themselves, I am starting to have 2nd views on their leaders.
Be it in corporate or anywhere else, i guess we have to start with ourselves. There's no perfect company, no perfect coleagues, no perfect system, so perfect anything. But you can start the change from yourself. If you are so great, you can create a team of your own that doesn't anyhow hurl vulgarities and conduct their business in an honest way. Show people that you can do it this way too, unlike some young punks.
'Who you follow is what you will become.'
Anyway, I must say that their marketing plan is really attractive but like what I have mentioned earlier, only The Company and its leaders can determine the future.
[The people in the Company decides a Company's futures. Not the Company. Cause Company means boss, leaders means only a few. The rest are all distributors. Its the distributors themselves who make a difference, the Company can only enforce certain rules, but cannot go by force.

Wow! You are right! I think their $40/ $70 is for their business kit. A pre-requisite to joining. A business kit containing the company's collaterals, policies, company profile etc.... BUT it is not a registration for DSAS!!!! As far as I know, DSAS never imposes any such requirement on members of their member companies. Only the company who is a DSAS member or anyone who wishes to be a member of DSAS needs to apply and maybe pay some fees but not this way. You can check their website for more details.Originally posted by justshare:This one based on my own experience.
About a month ago was brought in surprise to this Enyouth company. As usual like any MLM company ard, they start by going thru all their people n comapny's achievement and make it sound very easy to be achieve. To be fair, I will not say that MLM will not work totally. At first i told myself to listen and approah MLM as neutual as possible, maybe it can really earn me some cash. (i'm have lust for cash too !! ...human nature).
But something that really make me lose the trust toward them is this...
After all the introduction, according to them, inorder to join them u must pay out this amount of $40-70 dollars first to
REGISTAR TO DIRECT SELLING ASSOICATION OF SINGAPORE (DSAS) AND THE MONEY WILL ONLY GO TO DSAS ONLY, NOT TO ANYONE OR THE COMPANY.
I found this fishy and ask wheather this DSAS will give me any recipt or cert to prove that i had registared under them inorder to start this distribution MLM, the reply was a DIRECT NO from the personnels. Although this amount of money is not a great amount but i do wanted to know really where it go to.
The following day i went to find call up the DSAS to check whether there is a need to pay out any amount of money inorder to be a indivdual distributor in this MLM company. the answer is "NO". and the money that is collected is never a request from DSAS.
SO THIS IS A TRUE EXPERIENCE..JUST WANNA SHARE TO PPL ARD HERE
THE SAD THING IS THAT MLM PEOPLE ALWAYS WANT US TO TRUST THIER COMPANY N PRODUCTS....AND THEY CANNOT EVEN VERIFY THE ABOVE SITUATION...HOW TO TRUST THEM ?
BEWARE AND CAUTION.........I WAS NOT AWARE OF THIS PROCEDURE BEFORE HAND, SO I ENDED UP PAYING THE $40-70.
TO VERIFY WAT I HAD SAID....U CAN CALL DSAS AT 6333 3325
nah, still operating... from a small run down coffee shop coz "their office is currently being renovated". i must admit that it is pretty weird to see ppl in long sleeve n tie in that crappy place.Originally posted by KrU:Well said, Ristar The "dui dui dui' thingy is just so freaking stupid. Dui your mother head. Have they shut down yet? I will pop a champagne to celebrate.
Sh it never mind my champagne will be waiting. Well let's just hope their office will never be renovated so people will not be cheated by them.Originally posted by Ristar:nah, still operating... from a small run down coffee shop coz "their office is currently being renovated".
that is an affirm... however, they claim that their magnetic beds are the ones that are making the 'real money'.Originally posted by KrU:Ha now they sell this MP4 watch ah? Just do not buy anything from them. Overpriced and definitely does not have the effect that they claimed so. I can't wait to see their downfall.
Ha precisely their products are so inferior that they can only produce some don't-know-from-where newspaper reports to show people. They don't dare to let their products to be tested and proven. Anyway, their so called products are crap. What magnetic beds? My sofa bed is more comfortable than that piece of sh it. Nice interaction with you, Ristar. Are you a victim also?Originally posted by Ristar:that is an affirm... however, they claim that their magnetic beds are the ones that are making the 'real money'.
i wouldnt know abt the health effects thingie. personally, i prefer exercising to believing some hocus pocus that is claimed by some doctor to work. i mean, such great things would be reported by the media, wouldnt it?
maybe if CNN, MSNBC, CNA backs up their claims with sources from MIT, NUS and renowned research companies, it'd have a better effect on me.
that, i think, is a negative. my friend (the MLM guy), and i were actually chased out from a 'good' spot in the coffee shop, by a cleaner of all people, coz we were just talking, and not eating or drinking enough, during peak hours (evening).Originally posted by KrU:I wonder whether the coffeeshop is open by the boss? That's a dangerous place where you will be sucked into the dark abysmal. Though one of the stalls sell not-too-bad loh mee.
Originally posted by Ristar:Ha never mind. Get away from that place as soon as possible. Even if MLM move to Starbucks, I won't go too Actually MLM should be banned altogether
