I noticed that this company specifically targets the generation-Y for becoming their distributors.
bold but smart move ! (from the corporate's perspective) because youths are energetic, hungry & bold... the company is positioning themselves for the boom of the next generation...
however, i'm not saying it's a business strategy that will definately work... but attracting the generation-Y is certainly a move into a niche, that will ensure their acceptance for the future market place. (if they played their cards right)
i'm unbaised to this company, but personally, i don't think they've got a solid line of products to sustain a residual business without hard-selling....
but hey, that's a problem for their business development department, which only time and acting upon great opportunities can remedy... -

how old is the DM? How long has he been working there? My friends and me work like mad, 3 yrs in corporate world still getting pathetic pay lass than 2.2k...

in MLM companies, whenever i see them use the term 'manager' on young punks, usually i laugh
i think the management is trying to humour its distributors, or is trying to mirror the real corporate world which MLM distributors always try to put down in order to gain prospects
in the real corporate world, manager has more serious connotations, and salary depend on job scope, responsibilities and level in the company etc
you cant hantam 3k as 'not bad' for a manager, because the next question is, what sort of 'manager'? -

there are few things i need to clarify with u guys about enyouth?
through out the forum i keep seeing "work for enyouth"
what is this means?
work as in commitment to work for them as in normal job u have to go to their office yesterday?
or work as in freelancer where u dont sell u dont earn , u sell u earn?
there is no contract basis right?
Because of my friend just joined this enyouth few days ago and dont know what is happening?
somemore maybe he kena cheated , he said he bought the starter pack for $50 dollar.....
he is now thinking of call it quits by not attending all those their regular meeting and so on..
How do u guys think? -
as in all mlm.... there is work. "work" in terms of free lance basis or keep to a schedule or time table set by the supervisor or upline or manager... usually, uplines have a duty to ensure that their new recruits like your friend have a timetable to follow otherwise it is very easy for a new recruit to be at a loss and don't know what to do etc.Originally posted by jerrysalim:Hi ,

your friend probably bought the business kit set, a must-have to start in the business.
if your friend does not wish to continue in the business, he should speak with his upline and clarify his queries. if he still wished to discontinue, just ask for a termination of his account.

for those of you who do not know....
li xin is the chinese name of the company. although i am not sure if it is registered. i only know that "li xin" name has been around for a long time (since AM days) just that it is not often used as there isn't (?) any official matters relating to that name....
maybe someone else knows more? -

Of the product is so good, why doesn't other retailers carry them and only the MLM? If the product is really popular, the product maker must be crazy to use MLM to sell. Products sell best in retail format, be it congsignment or any form of retail. Unless the product maker is the MLM company of cos. Exclusive distributorship you may say. But this only works when the product is very well known or a household name. Otherwise the merchants are committing suidice, shooting themselves in the foot.
The MLMs are so cult like, with the senior employees shouting, saying stuff promoting MLM. How people make tens of thousands in just few months, how "you can do it too" "you can have the success". "You never make good money if you work for a boss, work for yourself". Bla bla bla.... Few people can make the money like the most successful people do. The income gap can be very big. They know youths have alot of contacts, so some MLMs target recruit youths. By offering rewards for pulling in more people is highly irritating. One can lose friends and contacts in the process. -

For those ppl out there who think or say abt MLM no good can u think it again if now u are a top in a MLM company or so call car achiever will u still say MLM no good or will u say MLM is cheating money or will u say this and that...I dun think so ...
