Uhhh isn't getting high figure salary sums and flashy cars, the ultimate goal of most MLMers? Or else why would ppl risk it and spend their time, money and effort in MLM? Considering it's totally commission based, so while most agents 'smoke' new recruits abt job flexibility, in actual fact, the average MLMer must spend much time to convince recruits/potential customers to buy/invest, in order to earn a living.
If that's not the motivation for MLMers, pls tell me wad else is. For a normal down-to-earth person who wants to be independent from their parents or have financial difficulties and need to sustain their lifestyle, if they're in the right mind, they'll get a basic pay job. Perhaps something more rewarding such as retail sales with basic pay and sales commission? Or being a private tutor. (My friend earns a good 200 bucks for himself every month) But definitely not MLM.
I agree with redstone. Do something u like. I believe everyone has passion for something, or is talented in something. Use it while it lasts, cos' u can't bring it beyond ur grave. U live only 1 life. Live it well. Being a slave to money would rob u of ur happiness ultimately. And likewise, money can't be brought beyond ur grave. Then again, if ur passion is REALLY to pitch sales and train the new generation in the ways of business, even if it's MLM, then I say, go for it. Just listen to wad ur heart really tells u to do.
Yup, MightyFlameboy. One life, live it. Do something you like.
I've seen bankers quit their 5 figure salary to work as a chef. Ultimately what's the motivation at your line of work? Passion? Pride that someone appreciates your work? Excellence in service? Money?
Want to recruit people, at least target those who have interest rather than blindly pulling people who you barely know on the context of a makan session or a chat session.
Not only it irritates people and makes people hate you, it also portrays a very bad image about you, the company and ultimately the industry. That MLMs are very desperate and will use hard, underhand, unethical methods to recruit or sell products.
Like the guy who told an elderly man that Spirulina can be used to cleanse wounds, and caused the man's leg to be amputated (reported in news). These actions and such agents who lie, use deliberate misinterpretation and half truths deserve to be condemned, especially with sick people desperate for help.
F la, PLS WAKE UP! At least do something with a basic pay! Isn't it logic that at least a GUARANTEED income brings you more FINANCIAL FREEDOM? Retail sales (direct cust. contact) you get a basic pay plus commission. Somethings 1K or 2K guaranteed. It's ok to mlm part time, but don't do it full time. The rate of success is low. It would kill you. DON'T TELL HALF TRUTHS. Don't use hard sell, don't drag ppl against their will or by giving an excuse. Just tell straight in my face that you're gonna bring me to MLM office. Don't brainwash.
