Is is obvious k2wanviet was putting down the post I made, and I believe that I can safely conclude that k2wanviet is anti-mlm from the way he has expressed his views.
As I have said, the post which I did neither supports nor is anti-MLM in nature. It is just my views which I am sharing in this forum- after all, that's what a forum is for, right?
I am not a member of Bel Air, but yes, I have attended their talks before. However, I am not justifying nor putting down their style of encouraging people to join. I have stated my views in an entirely neutral and analytical manner. In no way am I, or was I, trying to prove that Bel Air has a 'perfect' compensation plan, or is a true network marketing company, etc. That is for each and every individual to decide.
It is unfortunate k2wanviet has chosen to 'bash' my post and the views which I hold. -

I, for one, am against Bel' Air, they are really not truthful in what they are doing. I suppose a majority of people, those that lost alot of money (this includes me), really lose the faith of getting into an MLM company if an opportunity ever presents itself again.
Like what you have mentioned, people that fail in anything, should not really shoot down the whole system they were in, be it an MLM company or a normal business. They should know that they themselves are accountable for their own actions.
Everyone should have the rights to express their own views. In this case, there are some that are neutral about MLM and their business opportunities, but really like I said, from my perspective of things, legit MLMs are far and few between... they are really just so few.
Maybe in the future, the illegal or bother-line ones are investigated and removed, and perhaps only then will people change their views about it. -

I am in no way putting down the way Bel Air runs itself, or justifying the reasons why it is doing so.
On a further note, I believe Bel Air is not a network marketing company for your average joe.
If you have been to legitimate and honest companies, you would have been presented with actual facts and at the end of the day, it boils down to whether you believe MLM will make a difference in your life. If you are unfortunate to have been duped by fake companies, it is unfortunate.
As I have stated in previous posts, all too often it is because of greed that people are blinded by the tell-tale signs around them. If people were to view things in a perfectly rational manner, they would realise that certain scam companies actually withhold information. If the company's compensation plan is complicated and you don't understand it, it is fishy.
Yet on the other hand, because legitimate companies have simple and straightforward plans, people again question it.
They simply cannot believe it can be so simple. The fact is, since generations ago, things have been simple. People just tend to complicate matters. The next time you are presented with facts, whether inside or out of MLM, take time to consider things RATIONALLY. -
guys, very very sad lah, the investigating offiver in CAD told me that it would be diffciult to nail Bel Air in court of law as they will be prosecuted under criminal law if found guilty. However things like misrepresentations/lies, unethical selling methods are subjective and varies from person to person and is not 100% without doubt in a court of law which is why nothing much is done yet. Unless enough people come out like 50-100 of them all pointing their fingers in one copmpany would the CAD really do somrthing to address the issue. we also need real proof documented proof of misrepresentations (notes gicen during classes where obviously info is flawed) or contract documents that is flawed to nail them. please email me at [email protected] if you have any info to offer. We can't look at the misinformation. Certainly there is, all the facade and deception, but who is really willing to come forward???
Sites like www.mlm-thetruth.com does label Bel' Air as a pyramid, based on the '5 red flags'. Sister companies like Lampe Berger (where Bel' Air took their compensation plan, product ideas... ) are so heavily under scrutiny in Malaysia .
Maybe we should just give up hope, there is no real point in talking about this when the authorities are so blind in still letting them continue.
Oh ya, I will be so 'proud' of NDP this year again, if the NDP has Bel' Air's stinking icon.

(By the way, the pyramid is also known to be the most stable structure in the world.)
In all industries, there are ‘good’ companies, and ‘bad’ companies. For example, if you bought a defective bag, would it mean that you would never buy a bag ever again? It is nonsensical to even think of. This is what is happening now. People are getting cheated by scam companies, and some of them have even started to be anti-MLM advocates.
The natural human instinct is to keep away from things that we donÂ’t know without actually understanding what it is. Instead of putting down an entire industry, perhaps effort should be made to find out if we were erroneous in our thinking. Remember, in some parts of the world, the tomato was originally perceived to be poisonous. This is just another case of perceived poison. It is unfortunate that the MLM industry has had its reputation tarnished, and that an entire industry is black-listed just because of a few rotten apples.
It is true that there are scam companies and evil people who want to make a quick buck out of those who have no idea what MLM is all about. These scams which disgrace the industry should instead serve as a warning to us to be more wary, and not to get cheated so easily. After all, it takes two hands to clap and; no one can make us do anything we do not want to. People, who got cheated, made the decision to get cheated. Obviously I expect backlash for the previous sentence, but I know that it is the wise few who see the meaning in it that will stand to benefit.
An important point to note that if you were to go into any type of business, not just MLM, the company you go into should:
• Have a good track record
• Is reputable
• Should have been around for at least some time
• And most importantly, you should FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH THE COMPANY
For MLM, you should also realise that is NEITHER quick NOR easy money. It might help you to earn more quickly or more easily, but it cannot be confused with quick and easy money. In every endeavour we set out to accomplish, we need effort, perseverance, and other qualities- This applies to MLM too. Many people join and expect instant results, and when they donÂ’t get that, they quit and brand it as a scam straightaway. This is extremely unfair and flawed thinking on their part.
If you were to come across any company saying that it is a quick and easy way to make money, I would indeed be very suspicious. Also, ask many questions, but ask the right people. After all, you donÂ’t ask a flight stewardess how to fly an airplane right?
Have you ever asked someone for their opinion on MLM, and they went, “Oh don’t go into that! My auntie/uncle/auntie’s uncle/ uncle’s auntie/ friend’s uncle/friend’s auntie/ friend’s friend/ friend’s friend’s friend’s friend/ etc got cheated!”
Did you ask that person what actually happened to his or her auntie/uncle/auntieÂ’s uncle/ uncleÂ’s auntie/ friendÂ’s uncle/friendÂ’s auntie/ friendÂ’s friend/ friendÂ’s friendÂ’s friendÂ’s friend/ etc?
More often then not the answer would be, “Oh, come to think of it, I don’t know. I only know they got cheated.” If I may say this, everyone’s definition of a certain something might be different. Two chicken wings might be a lot of food to me, but it might be just an appetizer to someone else. My point here is: what is the definition of ‘cheated’?
Did that person try his hand at MLM, but failed, or did he get cheated by scam companies? To those who have been conned, perhaps you would feel strongly against the idea from earlier that ‘you made the decision to get cheated.’
I would like you to know that I strongly sympathize with you and your situation. Even so, I urge you to look at what has happened from a neutral perspective, and to treat it as a learning experience. After all, you learnt to ride a bike by falling down; not just by doing everything right the first time.

B'A looking for, targeting young pple wit dream(car, house, travel...) tos wanted to success something in their own life. Tos nice, kind-hearted, soft-hearted, in-experient of MLM, Rich family, native dreamers or poor souls out there!
They will tell u how to fulfil all these fm joinin them then u can fulfil all later on in ur life. But Some hidden things they din really tell u.
Ya, their com. plan sound easy & good but there'r hidden conditions to succed to another statues like Marquis, Duke. When u ask them more abt something. They dun reply u directly, they "Shua Tai Qi" end up given u other things which u think they've already replied to ur quest.
If u not e type they want, they'll shoot u back.

Sad to say. I was also greed driven and joined Bel'Air years ago. When I looked at this forum, I'm happy that Sabelli had a sound mind to think
KNN (sorry)...i can tell you straight that 95-98% of the dukes and marquises owe banks and people money. Alot had resorted to buying up to their position during their active days, which do not guarantee anything at all.
Their reasons for doing so? ...they will tell that you must stand in the investment point of view...all these money can be earned back one. But one question is, if you do not have people under you and if you burrow $ to invest, where's your income coming from? Who's gonna pay for the loan interest?
