She asked for time and they say they cannot give because they don't know when they are free. My friend say her time is precious as she have to work too. SE claims that theirs is MORE PRECIOUS as they make MILLIONS by the minutes.
Without receipt and all supporting documents, I advise her to give up instead of fighting against the crooks. Afterall they are already out to cheat. Just treat the $300+ as a lesson learnt. SE called again and asked her to go down. In order to get a refund, she must listen to a talk given by the Manager or Director. SO my friend say don't want to and willing to give up the fight. SE say thank you for the donation.... I mean they really got the cheek to say that... I am wonder and they bagger or what !!!
So you being a pro SE, please advise if the doing is right? If not, can SE arrange for a refund without giving additional stress to innocent people... If SE is so upright, why go on such a tactic. For your information, all the call were make to my friend after 2300 hrs.... Does SE know the people need to rest and sleep ???

There was no receipt what can SE management do, perhaps this person should contact straight to the management and pow toh the agent name, its already dubious that this person is really serious abt the case, a call ain't far away, unless you are laurence82 who have rotted into the couch and can only condamn us for 5 years with no succession and instead of wasting time with low life losers like you who have been condamning SE for 4 years with not a single bit of progress. i am not flaming, this is my serious thoughts.

If they do not allow then why ask the person to join in the first place? Isn't it a scam, even if it does not involve the company but it involved your merchant, you tried to scam a 16-year-old $300 without receipt and subsequently deny on ground of no paper proof yet he had been approached as a 16-year-old. As a company, should your staff err shouldn't the company take responsiblity as well? Are you going to investigate and hand him over to the police? No.
Yes, I have seen enough of this kind of merchants who resort to name-calling, jeering and peer pressure to get things done in MLM. Doesn't it sound so familiar? Isn't this rubbish you are sprouting now, that as an SE agent you can't do anything but help your kind? -

It is also dubious that JP had repeatedly failed to come clear with their so-called "investment projects", yet had the audacity to challenge the Government immediately like it owns the land. In the same manner, if what we have been saying had fallen on deaf ears, there is of course no improvements that SE can ever make because it is a closed organisation.
I don't even understand why you are even questioning a person's stand on an argument. Do you expect people to argue without a stand, or insist that they stand on your side. DISAPPOINTED !!! After waiting for so long for your reply, you are asking me to do something that we may have difficulty doing. In the first place, no receipt / invoice. There is no contract. It is ones' words against another.. It will be a very long process. I agree with Tamago that perhaps you can give a name from your organisation for us to bring the matter to. If SE is a clean company, surely there is someone who is and willing to be responsible. Afterall, this concern the Company. Let the P.I.C. talk to us and find out if there are black sheep in the Company. Best of all, find out if there are people using the company name to scam. Get the culprit and make pubilc.
