Actually this is scary.
In most pyramid schemes, the early birds usually walks away winners while perhaps 50% of the people wil lose.
In SE case, everyone will lose!

So everyone will be encouraged to put back whatever they have earned!
Now I believe that even Top managers are not spared. With the sales of properties limited to only SE members, Top managers would naturally have to 'lead by example' in buying those units. And in the old FAQ, all buyers must buy a minimum of 10 units. This must be so that they can push it to their downlines.
And since once the deal is signed, they have to start paying a month later, can you imagine how much they have to put in monthly?
Say for a $700,000 house, a SE member pays 5% over 18 months.
So in a year, it would have been $35,000 over 12 months = RM$420,000!
So every month, the SE member would have to fork out around S$20k to pay for his house.
SE Members will be practically putting back everything they earn initially into the Property purchase. Not only putting back whatever they earn... it will be worse because banks wouldn't lend monry to a project that hasn't even started... so where are they getting the monthly $20k from???? Friends, banks, credit cards, company loans, insurance policies???
So if the house isn't built yet in 1 year and the company folds....
The implications are scary indeed!
I believe this will be a Everyone-Lose scenario.
If any SE manager is reading this .. please wake up.
In the KL project, SE couldn't even get the design and building location right, and already 50% sold??? -

it's not only the internal buying that is posing a problem... it's the must buy minimum 10 units that's a problem...
with the company putting so much pressure on the buying, paymenmt to start immediately, the very next month when the building haven't even got FINALIZED plans is something to be queried about, isn't it?
afterall if the SE keep saying that the plans are not final and submitted so as to "facilitate" their management to make changes... then i wonder how the property contract would read???

This is against logic. Property is no joke. They cost few hundred K. How many SE members can afford it, and so many units at once? And do they need to buy in the first place? Let me verify my last sentence (in red) with my Malaysia side, but the Sell Only to SE member is correct. Heard it from the horse's mouth, the one manning the phone on EPV side.
See this, no advertising in any place other than SE own websites, etc. If the biz is truly truly so wonderful, they should advertise in all of the financial/property journals to attract more people. Or are they scared they'll be exposed by the professionals?
Also.... All the wondrous projects... all going on all at once. Land costs, construction costs, infrastructure costs, engineering costs (underwater hotel?!), costs of grand offices, etc. All these costs might very well exceed the total worth of the company. I can see why they spread by word of mouth. Zero advertising costs? Or something to hide? -

He said the form is 100% against you, if SE play nasty and threw away the form.....you will get nothing at all. Btw, you don't even have a partner copy which means....................
He also pointed out that by signing that one way only copy form with no company seal is throwing your money out to them willingly.
Further more the T&C already stated that you are a partnership of SE, means SE said bye bye, u get nothing....you are not a investors, you are a partner.
Like you and me partnership to set up a fish farm......fish farm shut down due to financial crisis, neither you can sue me nor i can sue you for business failure. -

You do not need the police to disprove that you are a scam.
If they have proof that there are licensed projects in Taiwan, KL and Melaka, its easy as going to the courts and file civil suits. -
