for question like why are these so, erm, i personally don think that you will be thinking that forum is the best source to get. there is alot of loopholes that you guys has speculated here regarding their project, so it left me wonder did any of you provide this evidence to the CAD and assist them in their investigation. -

News reports will write whatever they are told... and they are always hungry for news....
Similarly, Magazines will report if there are submissions to them.. or when they are paid.. like a paid advertisement...
Look at some samples..
Now... if SE or EPV appears in some finanicial magazines/news..... that may be different.
What we people have been asking are actually what 'investors' in SE projects should be asking..
Like why wasn't any release of information when they shift whole buildings and layout, or when the new layout plan looks like they may need to reclaim the land for the entire Melaka theme park, not just Service Suits Buildings.

Few months ago there's news about a developer showing renders of full height all round windows, but the finished condo only has a few panels. Then the developer has to compensate them. Made some hooha over it. Strangely no hooha was made when SE changed the design of the buildings?
I have confidence to say the sales figures are fake. -

Only established companies with tangible business model and high sales turnover can be a member of Singapore Business Federation.

A Local Statutory Member is a local company which has a paid up share capital of S$0.5 million and above and who is entitled to vote at SBF General Meeting.

well, basically for ppl who are doing sales, especially mlm, they stepped into this business hoping to get rich. and furthermore, many are very desperate to get the sales, so they will try all means to get what they are looking for. In this business there is no fix pay, so basically if mr jp can bring them more wealth, of course they justify him as their saint. well i guess at least 90% of them were.
well like you guys has pointed out, newspaper cant be trusted, but still, i have seen people using it as an evidence to justify their point.

Can we highlight to the media about the federation membership?
This is because I suspect that the authorities may be fooled and not know about the relationship of Emcom to SE.
Then history will repeat itself (ala the awards event last time)

EMCOM just have to meet the minimum requirement, pay the appropriate fee, and you are a member.

I think the CAD cant do anything to them. Recently i got another friend got invited to their office in HDB Hub. And he invested his money.

The SE accounts may have been 'frozen' by CAD, but collection of $$ from new merchants most probably is by cash now.
This will allow money to be used to pay the existing SE merchants monthly payout, and pay themselves as well the commission.
I am not sure if all these is illegal or not or whether they will eventually be prosecuted or not.
By 'They', I mean those merchants that still do transactions in spite of the accounts freeze, and still pockets commission and pass money around.
Also, besides the Sunshine Empire's notice on CAD website, there is one more we should be mindful of...
