"STONE COLD" STEVE AUSTIN: "THERE'S NOTHING THE ROCK COULD TEACH ME"
The Des Moines Register posted an inteview with Steve Austin in today's edition. In it, Austin discusses the transition from professional wrestling to movies.
Here are some of the highlights:
* He had a lot of fun putting the footbal pads back on for "The Longest Yard".
* He says that he has a limited number of lines in the movie, and thinks the director could have made the "bad guys" badder.
* When asked if he sought the Rock's advice on staring in movies, Austin snarled and replied with "There's nothing he could teach me."
* Austin was suprised how much of the filming day was spent "laying around in a trailer".
