The full Undertaker and Kane Story

I just watched an old Vcd- Royal rumble 98
Apparently, Triple H, Chyna , Shawn Michaels, Mr Ass then DX, Kane got invited to join DX.Undertaker did not approve and attacked Shawn michaels when that invitation was carried out.
During Royal Rumble 98, Undertaker was fighting against Shawn Michaels in a casket match.Triple h and chyna was by the ringside. Triple h supposedly had an injured leg during that time and rely on a single crutch at his left arm.
Halfway through the match, the other two DX members(Roaddog and Mr ass) together with some other wrestlers intervened.They attacked the undertaker, then out of the blue, Kane's entrance was played and he came out to attack those that had attacked undertaker.Undertaker thought that Kane was helping him so he did not lay his hands on him.Suddenly, kane attacked him and choke-slammed him into the casket, pallbearer came out with padlocks and padlocked the casket.Pallbearer and Kane together brought the casket near to the titan tron(the place where wrestlers come out from)Kane took an axe and begin chopping through the casket lid, he chopped through until it penetrated.Kane then took kerosene, pour it over the casket and set it on flames while he and pallbearer stood there and laughed sadistically.
Additional comments:Actually undertaker tombstoned HBK into the casket first, but the refree was knocked out then. -
