  March 30, 2004 -- BLUE-eyed beauty Brooke Hogan - daughter of wrestling legend Hulk Hogan - could be the next Britney Spears. The 16-year-old singer/pianist has a VH1 special airing this summer, and boy band booster Lou Pearlman's Trans-Continental/I-4 Records is releasing her debut album in the fall. The foxy Floridian has a single out called "Everything to Me," has opened for Hilary Duff, and is preparing for her first tour.
