hi lilo... may i know how old are you?
im thinking of buying that carebear musical snow globe for her. she's 21... would that make a nice xmas present? just wondering (is it too immature? she's a kind hearted girl, really beautiful in heart and soul, extremely cute...) ... or is there other more expensive/better presents (that are equally enticing)
because im going to tell her that she made me want to be a better man... and i was wondering.. on a nice... good quality gift that is not the usual jewellery or smthing... but sumthing she can remember for like many many years...
she's like a carebear herself.... hence the interest in ur thread
max budget is $150... so hopefully u can give me a few ideas yea? -
well for me
the best xmas gift... ever... will be to have her full acceptance and understanding about what im going to tell her... with the full knowledge that i expect nothing... nothing at all from her

I would think that it'll be a great gift...
But it differs for everybody doesn't it.... I can tell ya that I'm waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyy much older than her, that's for sure... I'm just crazy over stuff like these... especially over care bears...
Only you would know if she's into stuff like that... saying that, it's the thought that counts, let her know the reason over why you get the present you did... in the end, I would say it doesn't really matters what you get for her.... I've had somebody brought me a pile of sand from the beach on our anniversary... and yes.. it's still sitting here near me... it's the thought that counts...
As for the snow globe it's definitely within your budget... the only problem is that it's not sold here in Singapore...
If you ship it from US i think it might come up to $70plus to $80 in singapore dollars. I saw once in yahoo auction.. dun noe if it's still around... priced at $99... a little overpriced if you ask me...

she rarely wants anything that badly.. (as in material wants)
and she is always gushing and happy even with a simple bday wish
and furthermore, she tried her best to make me take back the vday present i gave her a while back... i had a hard time persuading her to keep it man
her behavior and attitude all wants me to go the full monty giving her presents.
well will consider abt the snow globes
as u said its not available locally... make her pals go all with envy
and its like $80 US as u said? where can i buy it from? amazon? i dun really trust e-bay and yahoo auctions since meet ups are unlikely as chicago is really a big city -
and do u think she'll give me that Infocus Screenplay 5700 for X'mas?
but seriously... just to see her smile, and go all red with her mouth forming a 'o'... is really the best present hope she accepts what im going to tell her... i have been never that nervous in my life because... there is a catch that i dun even expect anything but i wonder if she'll listen long enough to hear that...
