  even tho today i went to the cop HQ for a course.. i'm not a cop!

  my cooking is pretty limited..hence seldom use the stove..most frequent is the microwave for heating up canned and frozen food. but now i learn to use the oven for heating up..much safer.

  i am edgy with the microwave.. so i heat using 30 second intervals
  
  i made a mean choc brownie when in uni... never got to eat it coz everyone else eats it all up before i even get a chance to
  
  very simple.. CHEAT
  
  get Betty Crocker brownie mix, and add about 1/2 to 1 pound more chocolate

  betty crocker..haha..that i can do..buy the cookie mix..and add nuts, choc chips, and raisins..out the oven comes giant cookies

  add a pound of melted chocs into the mix..

  i had a hostel of about 70 people who would not hesitate to steal chocs
  
  after it's cooled, you can chuck the thing in the fridge.. in a covered container or with cling-film...
  
  take a slice out, put in microwave for about 20 to 40 secs, serve with vanilla ice-cream
