I believe Ah Ben have to off load his spanish kaki - Nando at the end of the season.
If the striker is not delivering the goods, he should be sold.
As for tactics, I believe Ah Ben can be more coward than GH in deploying his men.
Seem like he is always saving strength and losing matches.
