  i saw Cisco recruitment ad 1-2 mths ago, for many days/weeks same ad.
  aggresively recruiting more Cisco officers. looking for ex-SPF, NS-SPF, security guards with exp. min N/O Levels. but it seems that their recruitment not as stringent as SPF.

  well cause the entry is easier to go in.. in the sense the educational level is not high.. and for SPF officers to go cisco is a double rank promotion...

  If i remember correctly,the govt outsource the traffic duties to them only on the zz line,not the dbl yellow line,anyone can correct me on this as i did not remember the Govt publish that DBL yellow line is under their jurisdiction.
  

  why dont you try writting to CISCO and complain to them instead?

  no, you got it all wrong..... CISCO is auxillary police, if you donno what is that i believe you need a dictionary.... As for CISCO look for ex-POs is definately due to the knowledge of law the officer learned in their PA days...
  
  they are sometimes known as "commercial police" too.... and they are empowered with police powers too(please refer to previous post above)...
  
  I believe you have miss out on AETOS.... that latest group of auxillary police...

  Cisco is now corporatize,can they still park at dbl yellow line,i do not remember that there is any Act of Parliament that allow them to park at dbl yellow line.

  Not happy, joining CISCO or AETOS and getting to park at that dbl yellow line is always an option if it excites you that much.
