To cut or not to cut???

Errz..mayb i'm thinking too much but the ns letter mentioned bringing 2 passport fotos of myself with short hair when reporting to PA. Does that mean that I must cut hair b4 reporting? If so, how short should my hair be? G1 type or just normal can liao?

cut it b4 u go. can save some energy while others are cutting.

Er....if you dont mind spending the money, go get a haircut before enlisting (and taking your photo after that, but then again, they prefer you to have normal-lengthed hair for that photo). Simply because if "standards" has maintained, you will most prob have a much better quality cut outside then in there!
